The Grand Union is a delightful canalside bar and fine-dining restaurant, which has had a great reputation for over 30 years in the town of Royal Leamington Spa. The venue has recently undergone extensive refurbishment under new ownership, but retains the same passion that has offered a distinctive dining experience throughout its history. 
Customers choosing our unique restaurant with the garden leading onto The Grand Union Canal are able to choose from a menu that changes on a weekly basis.  Our creative chefs use fresh seasonal ingredients to ensure even the most discerning appetites are satisfied.

BarServing a wide  selection of wines, spirits and cocktails, the bar has a relaxed bohemian atmosphere and also offers a select daytime menu. (Bar menu served from 12 pm to 3 pm every Tuesday to Thursday, 12 pm to 5 pm Friday to Saturday). The newly decked roof terrace overlooks the canal and restaurant garden and can be reached from both the bar and the restaurant.
 
The Grand Union is open to both diners and non-diners. Check our event updates regularly for our specialty evenings. BTOpenZone Wi-Fi HotSpot is available to customers at the bar and terrace area.

Friday to Saturday: 12:00 - Midnight
Sunday: 12:00 - 23:00

Restaurant Opening Hours

Tuesday to Saturday:  Dinner 19:00 - 21:30 (Last food order)
Sunday: 12:00 - 17:00 (Sunday Lunch)

Open all day on Bank Holidays including Mondays

Licensed until midnight (Monday - Saturday) and until 23:00 on Sunday.
